Project: Develoment of a Billing and Invoicing application

Over the passed year RJP Software has developed a bespoke billing and invoicing application for this Acoustic Consultancy.

The functionality of this application includes:

• Managing project, client and consultant data
• Recording consultant hours against projects.
• Creating invoices and mapping hours worked to invoice items.
• Automatic generation and printing of invoices.
• Invoice status tracking
• Reporting on consultant performance and project activity.

Outcome

This application has been successfully delivered to the client and has streamlined their business processes. We are continuing to work with this client to provide additional functionality and integration with SAGE accounting package.
